We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the weekend. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with regular cleaning of the pool and kitchen areas. Tables were frequently wiped down, ensuring a hygienic environment for everyone. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with options to start our day off right.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Complimentary breakfast with bisquit and gravey was nice.

Water was not very hot at 4PM when we checked in. Possibly do to the staff washing clothes. Was hot later in the evening.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating all weekend. The pool and kitchen areas were cleaned regularly - tables being wiped off, etc. We had a room with two queen-size beds and there was plenty of room between the beds and TV/dresser.

The pool area was a bit chilly and the pool towels quite small!

the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and I appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness. Finally, the breakfast provided a decent selection of options to start the day off right.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hot breakfast and friendly staff at the hotel. The hot breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including eggs, bacon, and freshly brewed coffee. The staff members were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist with any requests or questions I had.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating.

I was disappointed to find that there was no covered unload area, which made unloading in inclement weather a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect for our city break, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries, as well as the hot coffee and tea available throughout the day.

the room was a little outdated and could have used some maintenance, and the bathroom was quite small.
